Multi-currency Strategic Program

The scope is multi-currency exchange function for the Mobile application, where user gets different price packages, real-time exchange with a discounted fee. Team was 70 FTE, Budget was 2,5m eur, timeline: multi-year.

Round to HUF Strategic Program

The project helps client to invest into Belgian Funds automatically with card usage. The function creates a new-, non-affluent user group and help them to create savings. Team was 40 FTE, Budget was 1,5m eur, timeline 1,5 year.

PSD2 Account Calculator

This open banking project helps clients to do bank switch. User is able to compare the actual account fee with a new offer, based on their card and account usage. Budget is 200k eur, Timeline was 6 months, with 25 FTE, with Tender management and 3rd party Vendors.

SME Account opening redesign

The project helped the Bank to reduce the Account Opening time and click by 30%. Optimized data collection and tracking with renewed data collection and integration with up-to-date systems. Team was 20 FTE, with 150k eur budget, with 8 months timeline.

Mobile First Program 1.0, 2.0

Worked as Product Owner and Program Manager too on this Program. We unified 12 backlogs to have central overview on Group Delivery. Successfully managed to launch, refactor and completed several UX Design change, Investment Modul implementation, Lending and new Functions to provide the Best Quality for Retail and SME Clients.
